Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator with two years of experience to join our team. The role involves fabricating and welding filtration equipment, piping, and structural components using blueprints and work orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate and weld filtration equipment, pipes, and structural components.
  • Interpret and apply AWS welding symbols accurately.
  • Set up and operate GMAW and FCAW welding processes, selecting proper wire, shielding gases, and adjusting feed speeds/voltage.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Operate preheat-cutting torches, stud welders, and overhead cranes.
  • Train other employees on welding procedures as needed.
  • Complete and submit work orders, reports, and documentation accurately.
  • Support company policies, department procedures, and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and resolve fabrication issues.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience.
  • Proven knowledge of AWS welding symbols and codes.
  • Certified in AWS-1G unlimited thickness or ASTM Section 9.
  • Proficiency in GMAW and FCAW welding processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and urgency.
  • Basic computer literacy preferred.
