Job Description

No Sponsorship/Contract W2 only   We are seeking a highly experienced Project Lead to manage the end-to-end development of a new retail store concept—from design and construction to launch and operations. This role will drive project execution in collaboration with the Licensing & Retail team, brand stakeholders, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management for new experiential retail store concepts.
  • Develop timelines, manage cross-functional workstreams, and oversee agency deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets, P&L, store operations, and consumer experience.
  • Coordinate marketing, PR, F&B sourcing, and merchandising logistics.
  • Drive in-store strategy through data insights, sales performance, and consumer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in retail store development and operations.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in F&B, merchandising, P&L ownership, and agency management.
  • Global brand and experiential retail concept experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
