Work assignments include but are not limited to - Transfer printing, Bulb set, Precision soldering, Hand hot melting, Spot welding, Cell operator, Cell floater (Cell Floaters are responsible to work in multiple cells), Wire cut/strip machines, Epoxy stations, Led prep machines, Floaters (Floaters are responsible to work in any area as required).
Salary: $DOE/ hr plus piece rate (contract to hire)
Schedule: FT, M-F, 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs / wk, OT as needed (1st and 2 shift Openings)
3 Locations: “onsite” -Wellsboro, Mcelhattan and Coudersport, PA
Benefits: Health Insurance – Medical / Dental / Vision

Job Description
If you are looking for a opportunity to contribute your skills and knowledge our client has openings for Manufacturing / Assembly positions. 1st and 2nd shift available.

- Performs semi-complex work assignments that require a degree of dexterity, skill, precision, and accuracy.
- Participate in problem solving teams.
- Responsible to identify and communicate corrective actions.
- Perform accurate visual inspection
- Responsible for maintaining product quality while performing operations.
- Responsible for simple set-ups (requiring the use of common hand tools). Must rotate as required.
- Ordinary physical exertion and frequent mental and visual effort is required.
- Manually push, pull, and bend wire and cable.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school or equivalent (Required!)
- Attendance is a requirement of the position
- Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English
- Must be able to interpret blueprints
- Comfortable using a wide variety of hand tools
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measures
- Must pass a basic skills test required for this job
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
- The position is subject to passing a background check and drug screen
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Operators must be able to sit and/or stand all day (up to 10 hours).
- Must be able to manually lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to push/pull container of wire/cable, which may weigh up to several hundred pounds (either of dollies or on edge not dead weight).
- Must be able to rotate to various assignments involving various working conditions within this job description.
- Must be able to perform fine manipulation, firm grasping, and firm cutting (up to 25 lbs. of pressure periodically).
- Must be able to work through a range of motion from ground level up to and including above shoulder height.
- Must be able to bend and twist at the waist.
