Job Description
- Maintain, update, and communicate relevant information regarding master data, delivery schedules, stock and order status, and contract details from suppliers, procurement, and logistics service providers.
- Analyze operational logistics status, inform stakeholders appropriately, and implement alternative measures to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Prepare and share deficiency and status reports related to material and product availability for Project Logistics Management (PLM).
- Document and process complaints or transport damages in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (PLM, Purchase, Insurance, Controlling, Quality, Engineering) and propose corrective measures with transport service providers.
- Coordinate the return of logistics infrastructure and on-site equipment in support of PLM, ensuring seamless logistics operations with service providers.
- Assist PLM in developing, calculating, and implementing logistics contingency plans.
- Support PLM in project evaluation and improvements to the customer supply process.
- May assist in tender preparation and supplier evaluation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent vocational training with experience.
- 0-2 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Basic technical knowledge and an understanding of key operational processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills to handle evolving logistics scenarios.
- Ability to work under supervision while offering guidance to less experienced colleagues.
- Experience with logistics management tools and data analysis preferred.
